HIGHER GROUND SECONDARY ACADEMY

HIGHER GROUND SECONDARY ACADEMY is a Title I public charter high school that is part of the Higher Ground Academy school district, located in SAINT PAUL, MN with about 169 students offering grade levels from 9th Grade to 12th Grade.
