THE ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM (TAP)

The Alternative Program (TAP) is an educational initiative within the Wayzata Public Schools district designed to support students who thrive in a non-traditional learning environment. Located in Plymouth, Minnesota, the program serves as an Area Learning Center (ALC) and is specifically tailored for students in grades 9–12 who may benefit from a more flexible, personalized approach to their high school education. By offering smaller class sizes and a focused atmosphere, TAP aims to help students who may be at risk of not graduating to stay on track, recover credits, and successfully earn their diplomas.
