Newcomer Academy

The ESL Newcomer Academy, located on West Market Street in Louisville, Kentucky, is a specialized educational institution within the Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) district. Its primary mission is to serve as a bridge for middle and high school students who have recently arrived in the United States and are English language learners.
