Genesee County Juvenile Justice Center

The Genesee Valley Regional Center (GVRC), located on Pasadena Avenue in Flint, Michigan, functions as a specialized educational and residential facility operated under the jurisdiction of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Unlike a traditional neighborhood school, the GVRC is a secure facility designed to provide care, custody, and educational programming for court-adjudicated youth.
