CAREER AND LIFE TRANSITION PROGRAM

Career and Life Transition Program is a Title I public high school that is part of the Mounds View Public School District school district, located in SHOREVIEW, MN with about 21 students. A Title I school provides supplemental financial assistance to school districts for children from low-income families. Its purpose is to provide all children significant opportunity to receive a fair, equitable, and high-quality education.

The **Career and Life Transition (CLT) Program**, located in Shoreview, Minnesota, is a specialized educational initiative designed for students with disabilities who have completed their high school credits but require additional support to successfully transition into adulthood.
