PASSAGES TRANSITION PROGRAM

Passages Transition Program is a Title I public high school that is part of the MAHTOMEDI PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT school district, located in MAHTOMEDI, MN with about 19 students offering grade levels from 9th Grade to 12th Grade.
