The **G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility** (often referred to as Egeler, as it shares a campus with the Richard A. Handlon and Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, Michigan) serves as a critical hub within the Michigan Department of Corrections.
