East Allen University (EAU) is a specialized early college high school located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, operating under the East Allen County Schools district. Unlike a traditional high school, EAU is designed to bridge the gap between secondary and higher education by allowing students to earn both their high school diploma and an Associate Degree simultaneously. Through a partnership with Ivy Tech Community College, students are immersed in a college-going culture from their freshman year, completing rigorous coursework that is transferable to four-year universities.

The school is uniquely structured to provide students with a significant academic and financial head start. By taking college-level courses on-site, students can graduate with up to 60 college credits tuition-free, drastically reducing the future cost of a bachelor’s degree.
