Partners for Success-Old Mill Sch

**Partners for Success (PFS)**, located at the Old Mill School building in Addison, Illinois, is a specialized therapeutic day school operated by the DuPage Regional Office of Education. The program is designed to support students in grades K–12 who require a highly structured, supportive environment due to significant social, emotional, or behavioral challenges that impede their success in a traditional classroom setting. By maintaining a small student-to-teacher ratio, the school is able to provide individualized attention and wrap-around support that helps students stabilize their behavior while continuing their academic progress.
