Throughout the school year, students balance their time between workplace internships—which offer real-world training under the guidance of job coaches—and classroom instruction focused on independent living, communication, and workplace social skills. By leveraging partnerships with local employers, PROJECT SEARCH effectively bridges the gap between the classroom and the workforce, empowering students to achieve long-term career success and independence.
