DR. JOSE CELSO BARBOSA

DR. JOSE CELSO BARBOSA is a Title I public elementary school that is part of the PUERTO RICO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION school district, located in PONCE, PR with about 137 students offering grade levels from Kindergarten to 5th Grade.
