Russell Byers CS

Russell Byers Charter School (RBCS), located in the Center City area of Philadelphia, is a K-8 public charter school that places a strong emphasis on project-based learning and character development. Founded in 2002 and named in honor of the late Philadelphia Daily News editor Russell Byers, the school utilizes the "Expeditionary Learning" (EL Education) model.
